Appointments
Making an ultrasound appointment
Appointments can only be made by calling our office during normal business hours.

Appointment Policy
- Patients must arrive 15 minutes prior to their ultrasound appointment to check in.
- A patient whom is 10 minutes late for their appointment are seen as a failed
ultrasound appointment and may not be seen for their appointment.
- A minimum 24 hour notice must be given for cancellations or to reschedule an ultrasound appointment.
- A patient whom fails their appointment loses their appointment and will be charged an
additional 50% to reschedule. If they have prepaid for the exam a refund will not be issued.
The rescheduled appointment must be paid for in advance.
